Which countries do you ship your products?

All our products are shipped worldwide. DHL and FedEx are our shipping partners. We ship to over 180+ countries worldwide.

Do all your products come with original product tags and packaging?

Yes. All our products are sourced directly from brands, licensees, or authorized distributors only hence they come with all the original tags and packaging. 

I do not have a subscription plan with Luxkart. Can I still buy your products?

All users can buy our products regardless of their subscription plan. However, if you are a free user without a subscription plan you will be eligible for 1 free return only per month.

How long do I have to return an item?

At Luxkart, we have a 10 day return policy.

What condition must items be in for returns?

In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for items without these will be rejected.

How long does it take to process a refund?

It usually takes 5-10 business days to process a refund once your return item has been received. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your refund amount, please contact us at support@theluxkart.com. What items cannot be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as perfumes, cosmetics), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

How do I initiate a return?

You can initiate a return by contacting us at support@theluxkart.com. Please do send the details of your return request including video of the product unboxing and the photos to expedite your return request and process your refund. 

Do you offer exchanges or only refunds?

All our products are sourced and delivered internationally. The products listed on our website are exclusive to our store and customers. Hence, we can only issue refunds and suggest you to place a separate order for any required item. If you have taken our subscription plan, you will be able to get free returns as per your plan.

I added few products to my cart yesterday and only few are present now ?

Most of our curated products are in high demand. While you had the items in your cart, somebody else might have booked the item and the item might have gone out of stock.

I am facing issues with payments or unable to add a product to cart?

If you are facing any technical difficulties while purchasing our products, please contact our support team at support@theluxkart.com or call us at +91-74832 31021 for assisting you with the product purchase.

What are your subscription plans and what benefits do I get?
