Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or a custom order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive special benefits and offers on certain products. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for only items which don't fall under your plan or exceed the plan limit. 
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders - Applicable only for Luxkart Advanced and Luxkart Enterprise plans
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in our inventory. We may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscription Terms When you purchase a subscription from Luxkart, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency you selected (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions, or by contacting us at support@theluxkart.com. Cancellations take effect immediately and you shall continue to use the benefits of the plan if there is a left over period in the cancelled plan.

Pausing Your Subscription If you wish to temporarily stop receiving orders, you can pause your subscription through your account. Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time.

Modifications You can modify your subscription delivery frequency, payment method, or shipping address at any time through your customer account.

Refunds Subscription cancellations do not entitle you to refunds for previous charges. Please refer to our refund policy for product-specific returns.
